| Customer Reviews: Great For Early Season & Turkey Hunting January 9, 2010 HNA, Soddy Daisy, TN 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I have thoroughly enjoyed my Edgewater Boot for the last four deer/turkey seasons. The boot is comfortable, flexible, and has never leaked. I find that the boot keeps my feet comfortably warm down to 29 Deg. F or so. I wear a size 12US and the boot fits me to size. I am able to wear a medium weight thermal sock without feeling cramped. The boot is not so heavy as to make it uncomfortable when walking for long periods of time here in the ridge & valley terrain in Eastern Tennessee. For late season and times weather reaches the 20s I would suggest owning a pair of Wetlands (My choice) or a pair of the Woody series available. Keep in mind although the Woody series are VERY warm, they are Not (In my opinion) the boot for much extended walking.
Great boot January 9, 2010 prc1966 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
My son had given me a pair of these for Christmas last year and I loved them. Mine were the shorter ones but they are awesome!! My son and I decided to get his Dad a pair for Christmas and I found a great deal thanks to Amazon! Needless to say he loved them. He wears them everytime he goes out. We live on a small farm so they are great for going to the barn and they keep your feet warm. Shipping was fast also. Very pleased!
These Boots Are Made for...Mud December 25, 2009 Norsehorse (Shenandoah,IA USA) I recieved these boots today in the middle of a severe winter storm, so, I slipped them on and ventured out to shovel the snow from the walks and to the wood shed for some firewood. They are very comfortable and warm. They appear to be well constructed and they look good. They're a great product.
